Dido and Aeneas Remixed

We collaborated with DJ/music producer Nico Bentley to present Dido and Aeneas in a reimagined version, mixing Purcell’s iconic score with an injection of bespoke electronic dance music.

This brand new version of one of opera’s most famous works blurred the lines between classical and contemporary performance in exhilarating fashion. Featuring a live baroque ensemble, eleven vocalists and a dose of playfulness, this cross-genre collaboration challenged conventions and inspired the imagination.
