HELP MAKE WHAT'S NEXT POSSIBLE

Festival Voices is a charity interested in what happens when voices are placed in new contexts: when early music meets contemporary composition, when choral music meets electronics, and when artists from different disciplines make something together.
Making this work takes rehearsal, experimentation and resources.
Your support gives those ideas the time to become real, helping us commission new work, develop ambitious projects and pay artists properly.

WHAT YOUR SUPPORT ENABLES
NEW WORK
Commissions from composers at different stages of their careers, and the time needed to develop and perform them.
REINTERPRETATION
New ways of hearing familiar repertoire, from electronic reworkings to different contexts and combinations.
DEVELOPMENT TIME
Time to experiment, rehearse and develop projects before they reach the stage.
COLLABORATION
Working with composers, electronic artists, instrumentalists, choreographers and other performers.
LARGE-SCALE PRODUCTIONS
Projects involving larger ensembles, guest artists, electronics, unusual spaces and the technical and rehearsal time they need.

"Festival Voices has an exceptional ability to turn ambitious ideas into memorable artistic experiences. Their collaborative ethos is evident in every project, bringing together artists in ways that feel meaningful, inventive and purposeful.
Combined with the outstanding standard of their performances, this makes them one of the most exciting voices in British choral music today."

WHAT YOUR SUPPORT MAKES POSSIBLE
The work we make depends on having the time and resources to develop it properly — from the first conversation with a composer to the final performance.
